The Brewery

Created a proposal for Foundry Commercial to be the real estate firm to sell The Brewery site in Victory Park, located in downtown Dallas.

The look and feel of the proposal was designed to reference the site’s unique history rooted in the Bauhaus era, housing 3 different breweries (hence the site’s name) and then later as The Starck Club - a major (and wild) club in downtown Dallas in the 80s.

In the end, we won the business, and I think that speaks volume of both our team and the thoughtfulness we put into the proposal.
