Horizon landing: Office Space to Industrial
A unique solve in a post-COVID world: to demolish existing, unused office space to make room for an industrial park.
The site at 4000 Horizon Way in Irving, TX, won Industrial Deal of the Year in 2023 by Dallas Business Journal for demolishing office space to make way for a different use. I was chosen to name and brand the property, as well as plan and design collateral for a groundbreaking event in May of 2024. I introduce to you, Horizon Landing.
The branding and name itself highlights the close proximity of the property to DFW International Airport. We took this to another level in the event materials, bringing in luggage tags, boarding pass handouts, and even branded bar service.
Awarded GDUSA National Design Award 2024
The new logo highlights the extreme proximity to the airport by fashioning a plane from abstract cubes. These cubes then lend themselves across the brand, forming the modular design.
