Created a proposal for Foundry Commercial and Holt Lunsford Commercial to be the real estate firms to sell the Dallas Morning News print facility.

The design of the proposal was made to reference the newspaper printing process: featuring halftones, black and white imagery, and editorial designs - something not usually found in commercial real estate proposals - in order to make our proposal speak directly to our potential client and stand out against competing proposals.

In the end, we won the business, and I think that speaks volume of both our team, and the attention to detail of our proposal.
